How does selling my home with Kilglen work?

  • Free Market Appraisal

    You can book a free market appraisal with our Property Specialist, at a time and date that suits you. All of our appointments are in line with current government guidelines, but if you would like us to take any additional safety precautions, please just let us know.

  • Market Appraisal Report

    After we’ve conducted your market appraisal, you’ll get a full report. This will include an expectation of property value, pending a Home Report valuation, as well as all details discussed during your appointment. All reports are personalised and tailored to your property.

  • Instruction

    You can then instruct us to get your home on the market for a minimum fee of £999 + VAT. We don’t believe in taking money upfront so you only pay upon completion of the sale. If you're not sold, you don't pay*, keeping it simple and stress free.

  • Your Property Advert

    We’ll prepare your advert and plan a visit to your property to get photographs and floorplan information. If you have a current Home Report and would prefer to send us your own photographs, we can publish your property advert for you without the need to visit. You can also add a Video Tour to your property listing so viewers can browse from the comfort of their own home. Once all the essential information is gathered, your property will be listed on Rightmove.

  • Manage Your Viewings

    Viewings can be booked by your prospective buyers directly through us, and you can control the times you’re happy for them to happen by approving each one. You can also choose to handle the viewing appointments yourself or allow us to do it for you. All viewing appointments are in line with current government guidelines, but if you would like us to take any additional safety precautions, please just let us know.

  • Completing Your Property Sale

    We give all our sellers access to an app which allows you to manage your sale at any time, get instant feedback from buyers and even accept offers. Your Local Property Expert will help handle negotiations too. Once you’ve accepted the offer, our Post-Sales support team will guide you through the conveyancing process and be on hand to assist with any questions at all to ensure a smooth completion.
